Our Custom Order service allows you to request items from Korean online stores or retailers. Simply send us the product link or product details, and we will review the request and provide a price quote if the item is available for international shipping.
How the Custom Order Process Works
Send us the product link or product information.
We review the item and confirm availability in Korea.
We provide a price quote including the product cost and service fee.
After you approve the quote and complete payment, we will purchase the item in Korea.
Once the item is ready for international shipping, the exact shipping cost will be calculated and invoiced separately.
Your package will be shipped from Korea via Korea Post after the shipping payment is completed.
Please note that custom orders are considered special purchases. Once the item has been purchased from the supplier in Korea, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Items That Cannot Be Accepted for Custom Orders
Due to international shipping regulations and safety restrictions, we may not be able to process requests for certain types of products, including:
Food or perishable items
Medicines or medical-related products
Items containing lithium batteries or restricted electronics
Large liquid products or certain cosmetics
Hazardous or restricted materials
Counterfeit or replica products
